Requirements
We have an opportunity available for a Product Manager - Senior Consultant to join our Team.
Role: Product Manager
Location: Melbourne
Fixed Term contract - 12 months or Permanent
Key responsibilities of this newly created role include:
- Minimum 5 years of Energy, Fuel retail OR wider retail industry knowledge/experience
- 3-5 years of Product management experience
- Demonstrable experience in Strategic consulting activities for complex organizations and delivering large-scale projects and programs
- Experienced in design thinking, service design and human-centric design
- Working with cross-functional and cross-geography teams
- Working with senior-level client stakeholders, handling difficult conversations and resolving issues
- Co-ordinating multi-faceted activities and deadlines, anticipating challenges, difficulties and pressure points
- Possess strong knowledge & experience in the following areas/capabilities:
- Experience in Site, Back Office and Head Office Retail transformations
- Physical to Digital Retail Transformations
- Customer Experience & Experience Design
- Store Optimisation
- Implementation of solutions using AWS, SAP Hybris, Salesforce, Adobe or other industry-specific platforms
- Implementation of Digital Selling Platforms/E-commerce
- Experience in defining Strategy and transformation roadmaps
