Starting August 2024, Hospitality Staff are required for an establishment on Rottnest Island, Western Australia. These are Full Time, ongoing positions.10 x F&B Attendants
Supplying, dispensing and mixing liquor, including selling liquor from the bottle department
Assisting in the cellar or bottle department
Undertaking general waiting duties for food or beverages or both,including cleaning tables
Receiving money
Attending a snack bar
Performing delivery duties; and
Taking reservations, greeting and seating guests.
These are front of house positions. As such, applicants should have strong interpersonal skills. There is potential for applicants to be upskilled and training is provided. Full Time positions offer 38 hours per week. Pay rate is Level 2 in line with the Hospitality Industry (General) Award: $24.08 ordinary.
10 x Kitchen Hands
General cleaning duties within a kitchen or food preparation area or scullery ,including cleaning cooking and general utensils used in a kitchen or restaurant
Assisting employees who are cooking
Assembling and preparing ingredients for cooking
General pantry duties.
There is potential for applicants to be upskilled and training is provided. Full Time positions offer 38 hours per week. Pay rate is Level 1 in line with the Hospitality Industry (General) Award: $23.23 ordinary.
10 x Breakfast Cooks
Food preparation
Cooking to customer orders
Cleaning
Stock rotation
Working alongside the Head Chef.
Previous work experience in a commercial kitchen environment is required. Qualifications in Commercial Cookery are not required. There is potential for applicants to be upskilled and training is provided. Full Time positions offer 38 hours per week. Pay rate is Level 3 in line with the Hospitality Industry (General) Award: $24.87 ordinary.
Shared accommodation is provided on-site. The accommodation may charge a weekly Rent amount of between $100-200.
