Permanent Full-time position available for immediate starts as our new Assistant Manager!

Welcome to the Hot Bread Retail Group where we are truly passionate about food and shaping a world where people eat better. We are seeking talented, experienced Assistant Manager to lead our team at North Street Store in Cottesloe.

Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Are you a motivated individual with strong leadership skills?

In this role, you will work with the General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our bustling restaurant and take away venues in Cottesloe. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the establishment, creating an enjoyable experience for both our team and our valued customers.

This roles is a full-time position, weekend and possible evening work availability required.

The food we produce is simple, wholesome and delicious, made exclusively from local ingredients. We're on a mission to shape a world where people eat better, and our leaders are essential in making this happen.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.

· Help recruit and train new staff

· Work with the management team to implement strategies to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and dining experience.

· Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and safety throughout the restaurant.

· Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.

· Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and a "customer-first" mindset among the staff.

Requirements:

· Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a supervisory or managerial role within a hospitality setting.

· Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Detail-oriented and highly organised to multitask effectively.

· A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
