Ongoing temporary Administration position in central North Brisbane with the possibility of permanency.Your new company
This leading North Brisbane business provides a range of equipment and services within the oil and gas industry.
Your new role
You will undertake a range of office support duties including covering front reception, ordering office consumables, answering calls, inbox management, scanning and filing. You will also be required to create and close down work orders, and coordinate freight across various portals.
What you'll need to succeed
Your administration experience will be highly beneficial, as well as;
- Experience with ERP systems
- Strong initiative and ability to be self-driven
- High prioritisation and time management
- Excellent written and verbal communication
