Signs Etc. - is an industry leader in the design, manufacture, assembly and installation of signage to southeast Queensland.
Currently a position exists for an enthusiastic person wishing to join the team in the area of office administration. All training will be provided on the job. Work in a friendly fast pasted environment with an awesome team. Whilst this is a entry level position, we will consider previously acquired skills a benefit.

Skills that will be developed will include
- Answering phone calls and managing correspondence
- Scheduling appointments and making travel arrangements
- Directing communications between colleagues and customers
- Entering data including MYOB and PAWS
- Maintaining office equipment
- Digital and hardcopy filing and archiving.
- Answering phones/ taking messages sending emails
- Ordering materials and logistic bookings.

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship
Pay: $33,592.00 – $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
