MAIN OBJECTIVE(S)
Lead profit forecast process, management reporting and financial analysis. Partner with Multifunctional Team to drive business growth and profitability improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage profit forecast and business performance reviews

Partner with Multifunctional Team to set short term and long term business strategy

Partner with Commercial Team on financial assessment and ROI improvement on commercial plans

Responsible for reporting on business performance, analysis of drivers, risks & opportunities, budget tracking

Lead projects and analysis to drive revenue growth, profitability improvement and simplification/efficiency

Manage month end process - review actuals vs forecast; identify drivers and impact for forecast. Prepare management communication on performance and risk & opportunities

- Excellent presentation and strong communication skills with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, thinking and problem solving skills.
- High level interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
- Proactive and organised nature with high attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure and manage competing demands
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Qualified CA/CPA (or equivalent)
- Highly analytical with advanced Excel skills
- Experience of commercial finance or FP&A
- Experience with FMCG is highly regarded
