Position Overview:
As a Sales Administration Specialist , you will play a crucial role in driving sales and supporting the overall growth of our migration firm. This role combines administrative tasks with sales responsibilities, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals with a strong sales background and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Coordination:
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their migration needs and provide information on our services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and efficient handling of client inquiries.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting sales proposals to clients.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales documentation.
  • Generate reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture positive relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
  • Address client queries and concerns promptly, providing excellent customer service.
  • Sales Targets and Commission:
  • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Receive a competitive base salary along with commission incentives based on successful sales transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Sales Experience:
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Organizational Skills:
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Capable of managing administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Team Player:
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Knowledge of Immigration Processes (Preferred):
  • Familiarity with immigration processes and regulations is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,660.00 – $75,642.86 per year
