Base Salary of $165,183 plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
The Change Manager is responsible for the design, development and implementation of change management to successfully adopt and embed changes (system, process, people and culture) and address impacts relating to implementing the change. This role is also responsible for developing and implementing initiatives to address issues affecting project continuity including team member transition, knowledge retention and stakeholder relationships, ensuring project capability and momentum are maintained.
About You
You will have in-depth expertise in change management methodologies, along with a track record of successfully implementing significant organisational transformations. Your proficiency in communication, spanning all levels within the organisation, will be pivotal in establishing and nurturing a range of stakeholder partnerships. The ability to tackle complex challenges and navigate competing priorities will be fundamental to your effectiveness, as you adapt swiftly and agilely to evolving timelines and requirements. Overall, your comprehensive skill set, and adaptability will be critical to driving positive outcomes in this role.
Ideally, you have worked on large-scale change management programs in an enterprise or government agency. Change management experience within educational settings and teams will be highly regarded.
