Our #ToBeHuman campaign is a skin positive movement that aims to empower individuals to embrace their most authentic selves, regardless of societal expectations of beauty.
As a Marketing Intern, you will work closely with our marketing team to create and execute product launch strategies that integrate our #ToBeHuman message as well as content creation and influencer partnerships.
What you'll do:
- Implement content strategy for multiple projects.
- Identify and prioritize influential creators and segment them into campaigns based on the needs of the company. Assign Budget according to business needs.
- Oversee content creation that can be repurposed or easily adjusted by Paid Acquisition Teams and other influencers.
- Help build out our Tik Tok Community and engage with our creators and audience.
- Create and post social media content during peak engagement days/times.
- Maintain and foster existing relationships with creators whilst ensuring continued research into new influencers.
- Monitoring and reporting on competitor activity and relevant industry trends, events and opportunities to appropriate teams
- Organic Gifting - drive and develop a regular gifting in order to build and maintain constant reach
- Mange Influencer program (Sourcing, Outreach, Collaboration)•
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in the beauty industry and passionate about skincare and beauty.
- Willingness to learn and strong problem-solving skills.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be comfortable in front of the camera and comfortable engaging with audience.
- Creative and flexible
- Understanding of the online social media landscape and influencer marketing
- Fluent, clear and articulate in communication with the ability to convey interest and enthusiasm
- Excellent social communication skills
- Team player able to work with teams across the business

Pay: $500.00 per month
