The Business Architect will work with stakeholders, both leadership and subject-matter experts, to build a holistic view of the organisation's strategy, processes, information, and information technology assets.
Your new role
The role of the Business Enterprise Architect is to take this knowledge and ensure that business and IT are in alignment.
The Business Enterprise Architect links the business mission, strategy, and processes of an organisation to its IT strategy, and documents this using multiple architectural models or views that show how the current and future needs of an organisation will be met in an efficient, sustainable, agile, and adaptable manner.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate/s will have the following skills: - Technical expertise in Business Architecture with experience with Enterprise Architecture
and Digital Transformation - Ability to synthesise complex technology concerns to senior non-technical audiences
- Previous success in capturing and interpreting complex multiple business line processes and activities.
- The ability to work across different tasks with competing priorities as part of a multidisciplinary team, employing agile delivery tools and techniques.
- Digital delivery experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Well-developed stakeholder liaison skills, including the ability to nurture productive working relationships.
- The ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment, applying good organisational skills, creativity and interpersonal skills to navigate competing priorities.
Desirable Experience: - Experience working with an internal IT/technical delivery partner
- Experience applying user-centred delivery methods
- Experience with DevOps, Microsoft Dynamics 365, BPEL, ArchiMate, UML
- Initial 12-month contract with 12-month extension option.
