  • Salary: $100,000 - $108,000 + super
ORGANISATION
A highly esteemed and leading member based organisation representing financial services professionals. Members are provided with professional development, education and high ethical standards. This position is based in Sydney Office.
ROLE

As the Education Manager & Team leader, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering high-quality education programs for existing members. You will lead a dynamic team of administrators, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
You will support the organisation's continuing professional development, to enhance the member and student experience through relationship management, effective data analysis, innovation, and provision of exceptional customer service.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to the education services team, including management and development of staff.
  • Responsible for planning, delivering, and reviewing education services team operations. Services include:
    • – Education Program enquiries
    • – Subject delivery administration
    • – Student policies and support services
    • – Assessment development and scrutineering process
    • – Education volunteer recruitment and contract management
    • – Results and certification process
  • Responsible for education system framework and operations; ensuring data quality, good functionality, and protects the integrity of the Education Program.
  • Identify, initiate and complete projects to improve education administration processes.
  • Support the Education Governance structure by:
    – Providing secretariat support Committee meeting;
    – Representing Education Services at Strategy Committee and Stakeholder meetings
    - Providing advice and support to Education Faculties or other Institute meetings as requested.

REQUIRMENTS:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in education services and administration, utilising learning management and customer relationship management systems.
  • Experience in education design, particularly in Canvas (learning management system desirable).
  • Previous work experience in an association or corporate environment
  • Experience managing a small team.
