Shell House Sydney is looking for a new leader for our bar teams across the Dining Room & Terrace, Clocktower and Sky Bar.
THE OPPORTUNITYWe are seeking a creative and professional leader for our bar teams across levels 9 and 10 at Shell House Sydney, encompassing The Dining Room & Terrace (our 2 hatted premium dining venue), Clocktower Bar and Sky Bar (both premium experience bar offerings). THE VENUE
Shell House is an adventure. We curate a complete experience - amazing food and memorable drinks, a space that is award winning and welcoming in design with a lively and engaging atmosphere. Importantly, we are all about incredible customer service, woven into these elements and tying it all together.
We trade from Monday to Saturday only, so Sundays are always yours to spend with friends and family.
A part of The Point Group, we operate a small but diverse portfolio of venues, with exciting new projects in the pipeline.
ABOUT YOU
- You have had at least 3 years of relevant experience in a premium dining/bar setting, or multi outlet venue.
- You have a proven ability to lead a large and diverse team.
- Experience in mentoring, training, and upskilling your team.
- Demonstrated knowledge of business controls associated with running a large bars program.
- Known for having creativity with cocktails
- An ability to think outside square and bring new ideas to the table.
- You want to be part of a vibrant and friendly team, who support each other to consistently deliver the best guest experience.
