About this Role:
We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Cocktail Bartender to join our team. As a bar staff, you will be working in cocktail parties, superyachts events, private homes, festivals and more. You will be also working in multiples location around Sydney, every day is a different venue, and you have the opportunity to work in the most luxurious events and collaborate hand-by-hand with the most recognized suppliers in the industry.
In this role, you will be:
- Delivering exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, recommending drinks tailored to their preferences, and ensuring a memorable experience
- Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Setting up the bar area, packing down and restocking as needed
- Supporting the rest of the service (if it is needed)
- Greet customers and take orders in a timely manner
- Maintain the safety and cleanliness of allocated section (glassware, cocktail equipment and cellar)
- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) competency card
- Have a passion for people and the hospitality industry
- Be up to date with current bar and industry trends
- Previous experience working at private homes -desirable-
- Sound knowledge of wine, beer and spirits
- Ability to be the host and manage timeline
