Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with new and current clients to understand their staffing needs, create s, and provide market insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and execute key account plans, ensuring exceptional value delivery to our customers.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, issues, and news, fostering consistent networking activities to enhance our brand.

About you

  • Previous experience in recruitment, account management, sales or business development.
  • Excellent communication skills to establish strong relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Collaborative and proactive work approach.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management abilities.
