Business Banking (BB) manages relationships with Commonwealth Bank's small-medium enterprise customers, mid-market corporate customers, and regional and agribusiness customers, providing a wide range of financial services and solutions. It also services our personal and institutional online trading customers. The Everyday Business Banking (EBB) team supports the full spectrum of customers' needs from start-up businesses to institutional customers, including product management, analytics and customer strategy.
Connecting Business Banking and Technology to our new Pace Model, the Customer Crew is accountable for managing the end-to-end business customer experience.
Your Role:
As Executive Assistant you will provide support to the Crew Lead Customer Onboarding Lifecycle + one additional Crew Lead. Your responsibilities will include:

Provide efficient, professional delivery of administrative, secretarial, and business support to the General Managers.

Complex diary and inbox management - scheduling meetings, managing correspondence and ensuring an efficient use of time.

Assist in meeting preparation, such as any packs or materials that are available for review prior to meetings.

Coordinating internal/external meetings with stakeholders - including liaising with other EAs and arranging meeting room bookings.

Arranging events/functions/offsites/team building events (including catering where required).

Participation in meetings - coordinating agendas, minute taking, actions and tracking.

Coordinating travel arrangements.

HR related duties such as recruitment, onboarding and managing internal HR system.

Assisting with expenses and other financial management duties.

Previous Executive Assistant experience supporting at GM level.

Ability to build and main strong stakeholder relationships.

Ability to manage workflow, priorities, work well under pressure and be flexible.

High level of pragmatic professionalism and advanced confidentiality skillset.

Self-motivation, who display a pro-active style, have exceptional attention to detail and an inherent desire to provide excellent customer service.
