Executive Assistant
5 Days/Week – Term Time (40 weeks + 4 weeks AL)
Situated in the Newcastle region, Belmont Christian College is a co-educational College of over 900 students that deeply values child safety.

The Principal of the College is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Principal and Executive Leadership Team five days a week during term time.
The successful applicant should:
- Be a committed Christian who is actively involved in their local church
- Have qualifications at a Certificate IV level in a relevant field
- Have substantial experience in executive administration at an advanced level
- Have intermediate IT skills including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Database Management and Google docs
- Have a driver’s license and working with children check
- Contribute to the life of the College community
- Expect to be part of a God-honouring collaborative staff team
The Executive Assistant works under the direction of the Principal and also receives work requests from Executive Leaders as needed. The role provides executive administrative assistance and project support.
