The Role:We're seeking a dynamic Dental Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our clinic. You'll join us on a full-time basis, working 4 days a week on a rotating schedule (Week 1: Tuesday to Friday, Week 2: Wednesday to Saturday). This role is perfect for someone seeking balance between personal time and a fulfilling career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Being the first warm welcome for our patients, setting the tone for their visit.
- Efficiently managing phone calls and appointment scheduling.
- Greeting and assisting patients with a friendly demeanor.
- Handling essential administrative tasks to support clinic operations.
- Facilitating the seamless flow of daily activities in support of our dental professionals.
Who We're Looking For:
- You have experience as a receptionist or administrator, ideally within the dental or medical field.
