My client is a dynamic & forward thinking FMCG powerhouse, committed to delivering excellence in purpose and value. The partnership with Woolworth's is integral to the business and I'm looking for someone to excel in this field.
As the Vendor Replenishment Manager, you'll be at the forefront of the partnership with Woolworths, managing the replenishment process to ensure optimal inventory levels, on-time deliveries, and seamless collaboration between our organisations. You'll play a pivotal role in forecasting, inventory management, order fulfillment, and building strong relationships with Woolworths stakeholders.
You will
- Collaborate with Woolworths to forecast demand accurately and efficiently;
- Monitor inventory and replenishment processes to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock;
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment; and
- Analyse data and perform metrics to identify opportunity for improvement to drive operational excellence.
What you will have
- Experience in FMCG or high-volume batch manufacturing.
- Superior communication skills;
- Experience in SAP or other related ERP systems;
- Knowledge of MRP and DRP;
- Ability to work independently but collaborate regularly with national colleagues; and
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
