Join our dynamic team in the role of Vendor Replenishment Planner! Your mission: to orchestrate seamless supply chain planning and replenishment, delivering top-notch service to our valued customers. Dive into the heart of collaboration by building and fostering relationships with customers, working hand-in-hand at their offices when necessary. You'll be the expert of stock levels, conducting daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to ensure we're always ahead of the curve, balancing supply with forward demand across various sales initiatives and events.
What will the role involve:
- Maximize Service Levels: Utilize customer systems and Lion reports to optimize service levels for distribution centres and stores.
- Proactive Communication: Maintain clear communication on service levels, product availability, and allocations, while actively addressing out-of-stock issues.
- Reporting & Analysis: Conduct daily root cause analysis to swiftly resolve and prevent customer delivery misses, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Achieve customer KPI targets through effective replenishment strategies, seasonal planning, and collaboration with customer contacts.
- Relationship Building: Serve as a liaison between Lion and customers, fostering improved business relationships and enhancing supply chain efficiency.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience: 2-3 years in FMCG, with customer service and SAP experience preferred.
- Knowledge: Proficient in verbal and written communication, adept at using systems and reports, with a solid grasp of inventory management principles and industry dynamics. Skills: Strong customer orientation, adept in project management, effective in communication and presentation, skilled in strategic decision-making and commercial awareness, proficient in planning, organizing, and building working relationships, strong learning agility, with a drive for results.
