An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Customer Service Operator with SAP experience to join International client who specializes in electrical equipment to start ASAP in Rydalmere!
ABOUT THE ROLE
One of the key functions of this role is to take and action orders from active and existing clients regarding a variety of products and services.
For this reason we are looking for energetic and dynamic individuals who are self-motivated and have great attention to detail.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Order processing via SAP
- Taking inbound calls
- Answering general product enquiries
- Order processing
- Data entry
- Assisting with reporting/data entry
- Following up on installations
- Stock management
- General administrative tasks
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Min 1+ years SAP experience (essential)
- 2 years proven customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work to set deadlines & in a busy environment
- Own transport
- Full working rights - Can work Monday - Friday (38hrs pw)
This is a fulltime position (Temp - Perm opportunity)
This role requires you to be available immediately and you must have full working rights within Australia (No Visa's)
