You are a dynamic Executive Assistant who has a commitment to excellence and a talent for providing support to leaders at an optimum level. Reporting to the Head of Future Hub in this 12-month fixed term position, you will provide additional support to the Deputy Head of Future Hub.

As a well-rounded and experienced Executive Assistant, you will be hands-on with a strong attention to detail, complexity and excellent organisational skills. Your experience working across a variety of different leadership styles and diverse needs will set you up for success. Collaborating regularly with the wider RBA EA community and Future Hub Leadership team, you will utilise your exceptional interpersonal skills to 'connect the dots' and support the team's success.

Your background

  • Experienced Executive Assistant with a professional manner, exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills.

  • Extensive experience setting up Steer Co Meetings, agenda coordination, and multiple complex meeting and calendar management at senior leadership levels.

  • Ability to produce detailed high-quality work in a fast-paced program development and delivery environment.

  • Extremely organised and able to multitask and thrive in an agile environment.

  • Strong interpersonal, organisational, prioritisation, communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) and a quick uptake on new technologies.

  • Ability to navigate organisational complexity, self-manage and resolve independently and accurately.

  • Ability as a team player and to build trusted team relationships and across the Bank quickly to enable efficiencies.

  • Proficiency in time management, prioritisation, collaboration and delegation skills.

Your team

You will report to the Head of Future Hub with additional support to the Deputy Head.

The Future Hub team are a high performing team of specialists working across individual program streams to deliver innovation and change across Risk Management, Governance, Monetary Policy and Governance areas of the bank.

The RBA Future Hub is responsible for leading the Bank's Transformation Program, in response to the Review of the RBA. This is an opportunity to make the Bank more effective and transparent, ready for the future.

This work will help to ensure that in a generation's time the Bank is still a globally respected central bank and is recognised as having made a substantial contribution to furthering the economic prosperity and welfare of Australia.
