Are you passionate about process improvement and assurance? The University of Wollongong (UOW) is seeking an experienced operational problem solver to join our Student Administration Services Division as Manager, Student Operations (Exam Quality Improvement).

As the Manager, Student Operations (Exam Quality Improvement), you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining effective examination processes that uphold the academic integrity of UOW examinations. With a strong focus on continual process review and improvement and change management, you will lead projects and initiatives to ensure efficiency and excellence in our examination procedures.

Ideally, the role would suit someone who has:
- Experience in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to work on projects and implement change.
- Strong operational problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- The ability to write clear operational procedures, wash-up reports, and briefing papers with clear analysis and recommendations.
