The Role
Based in our Charlestown office, you will be responsible for reception duties, maintain office operations such as stationery and catering as well as office engagement for our staff. You will work with other Business Support staff locally as well as across other regions and with local staff members from Job Managers to Senior Management.

You will need to be able to respectfully deal with a diverse range of people both internally and externally. You will be joining a fast paced, busy team and will enjoy operating with an appropriate level of autonomy reporting to our Newcastle Business Support Manager

This role is open to those seeking part time opportunities (4 days per week) as well as full time opportunities.

Day to day responsibilities include:
  • Email Management, maintaining admin inbox.
  • Reception duties: Greeting clients/visitors, organising stationery and catering.
  • Maintaining office appearance.
  • Assisting with travel arrangements.
  • Assisting with timesheets and expenses.
  • Onboarding and offboarding of staff.
  • Office engagement, development and empowerment: Assisting with technical training and internal staff focused events.
  • Assisting with other administrative duties as required.
