Description:

We are looking for a well presented, enthusiastic and hard-working team member who is keen and willing to learn.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Administration support
  • Data entry
  • Other duties as required
  • Processing property settlements in line with company checklists
  • Ordering and design of signboards, brochures and website marketing and ensuring all advertising content is correct and meets the guidelines
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent Microsoft Office and technical skills
  • Provide assistance and support of any requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Computer literacy with a sound understanding of Excel, Word etc.
  • Undertake a range of duties with limited supervision.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Providing day to day administration support
  • Professional phone manner and the ability to communicate effectively
  • Be proactive and self-motivated
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal but not essential as training will be provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Weekend availability

Experience:

  • Real estate administrative: 1 year (Required)
  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)

Work Authorisation:

  • Australia (Required)

Work Location: In person
