Description:
● Engage with patients and medical practitioners as the primary contact for all enquiries
● Keep the calendar up to date for patient appointments
● Use medical software for booking appointments, medical billing
● Collect patient information accurately and comprehensively
● Manage clinical documentation, referrals, patient records and correspondence
● Check in patients upon arrival at consultations
● Take payments, conduct invoicing and receipting of patient accounts and undertake daily banking reconciliation
● Keep the office, consulting rooms and kitchen areas tidy and clean
● Other reception and administration duties as required.
