- Demonstrate a proven track record in administrative roles.
- Ensure a warm and welcoming environment by meeting and greeting everyone entering the office/workshop.
- Gather and document customer requirements, providing professional and informative responses to their inquiries.
- Clearly record customer contact details and job information, including names, phone numbers, emails, and specific job needs.
- Respond promptly to emails and messages with professionalism and accuracy.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments through EFTPOS with precision.
- Facilitate effective communication between customers, suppliers, and team members.
- Exhibit politeness and understanding in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Record and organize all order/job information in the system and promptly hand it over to the relevant jeweller.
- Enter order/job details into the relevant system/platform.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail, conducting quality checks on finished jobs, and initiating further processing if required/needed.
- Inform customers via text for job completion and collection.
- Follow up on orders and payments, ensuring timely completion.
- Collaborate with the team to report and address issues, assisting the manager in achieving organizational goals.
- Demonstrate proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese languages.
- Ensure eligibility to work legally in Australia.
