🖇️ Administrative Support
- Manage general administrative tasks, including phone inquiries, email correspondence, and mail management.
- Facilitate seamless communication and coordination among members.
- Oversee the physical space, ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and a comfortable work environment.
- Coordinate maintenance tasks, manage office supplies, and liaise with vendors to address facility-related issues promptly.
- Coordinate membership operations including desk movements and locker provisions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for member inquiries and support.
- Assist in the onboarding of new members and maintain accurate member records.
- Maintain effective communication channels within the coworking community.
- Disseminate important information to members regarding updates, events, and opportunities.
