Billing Officer

SGS is seeking a Billings Officer to join the team. This role will be located near Perth Airport and will be a hybrid role working in the office as well as the opportunity to work from home.

Responsibilities include, however not limited to:

• compiles, computes and records billing, statistical data, and other numerical data for billing purposes.
• Complies with Internal Control System throughout the billing process.
• Reports and escalates any deviation or gaps in the process.
• Assist, coordinate and cooperate with business to ensure the quality and timing of invoicing.
• Receive, analyse, and issue credit note request in line with the approval process.
