SGS is seeking a Billings Officer to join the team. This role will be located near Perth Airport and will be a hybrid role working in the office as well as the opportunity to work from home.
Responsibilities include, however not limited to:
- compiles, computes and records billing, statistical data, and other numerical data for billing purposes.
- Complies with Internal Control System throughout the billing process.
- Reports and escalates any deviation or gaps in the process.
- Assist, coordinate and cooperate with business to ensure the quality and timing of invoicing.
- Receive, analyse, and issue credit note request in line with the approval process.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Demonstrated experience in large volume processing, including:
- Billing in multiple business units with multiple profit centres and price lists.
- Billing in multiple entities and currencies.
- Experience in Oracle Order Management. (Desirable)
- 2-5 years experience in Accounts Receivable and General Ledger
- Advance skills within Microsoft Office
