The Role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Fire Protection Engineer who possesses excellent communication skills and has a keen eye for detail.
This role is diverse and requires a blend of technical proficiency and strong interpersonal skills. The position offers opportunities for both project leadership and professional development.
As a Senior Fire Protection Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include designing fire protection systems, conducting site audits, preparing reports, and providing technical leadership and mentorship to team members. We are seeking a candidate who is assertive, quick to identify solutions, and able to think creatively to develop innovative design solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering top-quality engineering advice across a range of projects, including due diligence, concept design, detailed design, administrative duties during the construction phase, and opportunities for project leadership.

Who you are
You are an eager and enthusiastic Fire Protection Engineer with the relevant accreditation with Engineer Australia.
In addition, you will have:
- Minimum 5 years local experience in Fire Protection Engineering (Design experience)
- Experience in consulting within the building services industry (Australian experience)
- Proficient understanding and experience working with Australian Standards and best engineering practices.
- Demonstrates effective communication with clients and providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with an approachable and professional communication style.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under time constraints and take the initiative on a daily basis.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 + Superannuation (Depending on experience)
