The role:
- Organising and prioritising the CEO's schedule, including diary management and meeting coordination
- Providing administrative support, including handling legal and commercial documentation
- Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements
- Managing all communication channels, including email, phone, and written correspondence
- Safeguarding confidential information with discretion
- Undertaking ad hoc projects and tasks
- Ensuring documents and presentations adhere to the AC3 brand/style guide
- Handling credit card reconciliation and management
- Representing the CEO's brand internally and externally
- Participating in the Culture Committee and supporting their activities as required

- Have exceptional time management and prioritisation skills
- Deliver on time whilst managing competing priorities
- Have strong team-oriented interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interface with a wide variety of people and roles
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Ability to gather, assemble, and analyse information and data from a wide variety of sources
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and a willingness to embrace new technologies, particularly collaboration tools
- High level of discretion and demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
- Willingness to work outside normal working hours in accordance with the demands of the role
