About the role
The ICT Service Level Manager’s main responsibility is to interact with all the different aspects of the business, understand the Service Level Agreements that are in place and supervise the service team to support and maintain College Information Services to a high standard. Part of that responsibility to is ensure that the operational methods of support, including the tools being utilised, are reviewed and maintained plus establishing new ones as needed to make sure the team is following best practice and achieving agreed service levels. In conjunction with other segments of the IT team they will need to monitor departmental issues and client complaints and make certain customer/business, clients, support, and technical parties are represented in the definition and evolution of services.

We would prefer applicants to hold a relevant tertiary qualification, equivalent industry recognised professional qualifications and/or relevant industry experience.

Other Conditions and Eligibility
Eligibility for employment is subject to obtaining a satisfactory Department of Education Criminal Clearance. If this position involves contact with children, the recommended occupant will also be required to obtain a Working with Children (WWC) Card.

To be eligible for appointment applicants must have a working visa (for fixed term contract appointments) or permanent residency (for permanent appointments).

Over the next twelve (12) months; candidates found “Suitable” through this process may be offered appointment to similar & subsequent vacancies within the College, within other TAFE Colleges or across WA Government (subject to candidate permission being granted).
