Your new role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced persons for the role of ICT Service Improvement Analysts.
This is a recruitment pool for Permanent and Fixed Term Full time appointments with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
The role is in the End User Computing team who is responsible for end-point physical and virtual desktop fleet and services. As part of the Health Support Services (HSS) ICT Business Unit, in the above-mentioned End User Computing scope, the ICT Service Improvement Analyst is responsible for:
- Maintaining operations of end-point physical desktop fleet
- Maintaining operations of Azure Virtual Desktop and VMWare Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
- Maintaining operations of Imprivata single sign-on and AirWatch Mobile Device Management
- Consulting with customers to deliver off-site service operations services.
- Coordinating virtual teams allocated by demand to designated customers.
- Optimising services, particularly through automation and self-service.
