About the role:
We're in search of a dynamic telephony salesperson eager to develop and advance their career. You'll play a vital role in serving the SME sector and not-for-profit clients, along with their numerous employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing quotes for new leases, including the suite of products and services available from Novated Choice
- Early contact with existing Employees/Customers as the Lease comes to life sales can be done to retain the customer.
- Submitting finance applications and following up conditions as required with all existing lenders.
- Understanding and working closely with panel of lenders.
- Ordering vehicles through a network of dealerships offering a range of cars from manufacturers.
- Ensuring all details for accepted quotes are correct in fleet management system, before passing on the file for documentation preparation to the Settlements Coordinator
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of products and services.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals to prospective clients.
Skills and experience:
You're a sales dynamo, a self-motivated individual thriving in dynamic settings. You relish challenges and excel in fast-paced environments. With a solid sales background, you effortlessly engage customers via phone and email. Meticulous with unwavering ethical standards, you prioritize attention to detail. While prior experience in financial services or the automotive industry is advantageous, it's not essential.
