Mechanical Vegetation Solutions Pty Ltd (M.V.S.), is a growing South Australian business with an outstanding reputation for delivery of high-quality vegetation management solutions. MVS is seeking a Logistics Coordinator reporting directly to the Managing Director, whilst working as part of the office team.
As an innovative and diverse medium size enterprise MVS, works to supply contract tree, vegetation and environmental services in predominantly local and state governments as well as commercial projects.

The key criteria will include, but not limited to:
- Plan, schedule and oversee daily labour requirements
- Ensure all labour, equipment and hours are allocated against the correct job in Job scheduling software (Simpro)
- Collaborate closely with the fleet manager to ensure all the assets and supplies are used efficiently
- Booking accommodation for employees working on regional jobs
- Identify process bottlenecks
- Determine and track KPIs
- Adhere to all relevant rules and regulations
Desirable criteria, however, not mandatory, are:
- Previous experience as a Logistics Coordinator / scheduler for 3 years
- IT proficient in Microsoft Software (e.g. Word, Excel and etc.)
- Education in supply chain or logistics is preferred
- Experience within the arboriculture & heavy vehicle industries highly desirable
- Experience with Job scheduling software (Simpro) desirable
