Description
- Identify and target potential clients within the Commercial and Government sectors.
- Foster and nurture strong client relationships to understand their unique staffing needs.
- Present custom-tailored recruitment solutions to clients.
- Source, screen, and conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Skilfully match candidate skills with client requirements.
- Negotiate terms and facilitate the end-to-end hiring process.
- Ensure post-placement client satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Stay updated on commercial trends to provide informed insights.
- Contribute to evolving business development strategies.
- Meet and exceed specified sales targets in a dynamic environment.
- Ongoing management of associates once placed to ensure a positive experience. This includes managing queries relating to payroll, time sheets etc.
- Ensure budgets and financial targets are met through the development of new business, cultivation of existing business and leveraging off our Adecco speciality areas, national and global footprint and our Group brands.
Profile
- Prior recruitment experience within Government or Commercial will be highly regarded
- Experience in sales or business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and achieve targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and recruitment tools.
- Ability to build relationships and grow existing business
