Seeking an experienced blue collar recruiter to join our team working with established and long term clients on a warm desk.
The Opportunity:The role of Recruitment Consultant, within our blue-collar trades and labour division is essential within our recruitment business, providing ongoing support to our established and long term clients, as well as building relationships with new organisations and points of contact. Focusing on exceptional service delivery and client liaison.
To be considered you must have:
Experience in key account management within recruitment and labour hire environments will be highly advantageous, in addition to:
- Experience working to and exceeding targets and deliverables
- Strong time management and critical thinking ability
- Positive and energetic approach to your working day
- Key strengths in building and maintaining lasting client relationships
- Resilience and confidence, driven by success
- Above industry salary and commission structure
