About the Role
Due to the continued growth of our respected organisation, an opportunity to join the payroll team in a data entry focused role has become available until December 2024. This role is offered on a part time basis working three days a week, with a requirement to be in the office on Monday and Friday and the option of Wednesday or Thursday for the third day.
Other key responsibilities include:
  • Accurate and timely input of alphanumerical data
  • Record maintenance relating to personal employee information
  • Basic analysis and interpretation of data
  • Compliance with privacy, standards, policies, and procedures
  • Written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders as required

About You
To be successful in this role you will have strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail. Additionally, you will pride yourself on your ability to accurately transcribe data from written formats. As this is a small, close-knit team you will have strong interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively collaborate with others.
Other knowledge, skills and attributes include:
  • Ability to learn quickly and take on feedback
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft products such as Excel and Outlook
  • Confidence to work autonomously
  • Strong appreciation of the importance of compliance and privacy
  • A desire to develop and ask questions to build knowledge
For this role, the following documents must be provided prior to a formal offer of employment with Bedford.
  • A National Police Clearance (no older than six months old)
  • NDIS worker screening clearance, or other NDIS approved clearance to work in the disability sector
  • Evidence of right to work in Australia
  • 100 points of identification
