The Client
Our client is seeking a Junior Residential Building Manager to join their highly committed team that provides a high level of customer service to their clients. The key focus of this position is to provide proactive building management, support, and contractor supervision.
The Role
The Building Manager is responsible for:
- Regularly monitoring areas of common property
- Monitoring and coordinating tradespersons and inspections logs
- Managing the loading dock and deliveries
- Lift Management (bonds/bookings/removalist)
- Managing Lot Fit-outs and bonds
- Advising Owners Corporations of any dangerous conditions and compliance and statutory requirements for areas of common property
Skills & Experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organisation and planning skills
- Highly developed problem-solving skills
- A professional, presentable workstyle
- No experience is required – just a can-do attitude!
