Aston Carter have partnered with a nationally recognised company within the Logistics industry to recruit a Junior Account Manager to join the team on a 6-month contract with strong views of permanency out of their Pemulwuy office. The Role
As a Junior Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Provide appropriate superior customer service & support to all inbound & internal enquiries with a will do can do attitude.
- Must have a complete understanding of all requirements for your allocated portfolio to maintain and build strong relationships with all Customers and internal departments.
- Ensure all email requests are directed to the relevant departments. Will be responsible for follow ups to ensure that the request has been actioned and or resolved.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently,
- Credit application assessment, and file all purchase orders & supporting documentation.
- Enter data into SAP.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Skills to deal with complaints and provide solutions in a professional manner
- SAP experience not required but ideal.
- Microsoft office suite – excel.
