Are you a seasoned leader in the hospitality industry? Raffles Hotel is on the lookout for a talented Venue Manager who has a passion for customer service and all things Hospo to lead our established team!
You will oversee all aspects of the venue operations, ensuring that the venue is functioning effectively and efficiently. Your dynamic team leadership will help you build and mentor a high-performing team to achieve critical strategic targets to continue strengthening and growing the business. This role will lead a dedicated team of hospitality professionals across restaurants, bars, functions, and events.

Essential requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a venue managers role
- Sound financial management with the ability to set and meet/exceed financial targets, including the confidence to analyze and assume the integrity of financial results.
- Proven business development success and marketing experience
- Budget development and oversight experience
- Knowledge of hospitality-related legislation and compliance
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop management teams.
- Experience in organizational effectiveness and implementing operations best practices.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A demonstrated commitment to high professional, and ethical standards and a diverse workplace
- Unrestricted Approved Manager Red Card
