Experienced Assistant Venue Manager required for busy Bar & Grill. The venue offers outdoor seating, drive-through, takeout, dine-in, and delivery. Relaxed, family friendly atmosphere.
Our client is on the lookout for an Assistant Venue Manager with a dynamic personality and a passion for growth and development. This is a unique opportunity that could lead to a promotion to Venue Management for the right individual.
About the Venue: Our clients' popular destination featuring a spacious beer garden, a bustling restaurant and bar, and a convenient drive-through bottleshop. While the TAB and Bottleshop operate independently, they contribute to the venue's comprehensive offerings. Renowned for their culinary delights, they have established a strong reputation for quality food and service.
We Need Someone Who Is:
- Able to bring a lively and outgoing personality to our team.
- Possess robust management skills and can inspire and lead a team effectively.
- Capable of overseeing all aspects of the venue's daily operations and financial performance.
- Has experience with POS systems and are knowledgeable about TAB operations.
- Holds an Approved Manager's License.
As an Assistant Venue Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of thier establishment and driving its success. Your leadership will ensure the smooth running of all venue operations and the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
