As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and motivating a team of Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including merchandising and stock, to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
- Providing ongoing training and development to your team to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Retail management experience, with experience in jewellery sales highly regarded but not essential.
- An interest in high end products, and a keen eye for detail and design.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
