An Australian company with a nationwide footprint is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Store Manager to join their team in Canberra. - Oversee day-to-day operations of the store to maximise sales opportunities through managing inventory, merchandising, rosters and wages, and customer service.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture through effective communication and leadership, motivating a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Uphold the company's commitment to a high standard of store presentation and cleanliness, reflecting their premium status and ensuring a positive customer experience.
We're looking for:
- Proven experience in a management role within fashion retail, demonstrating strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Strong leadership skills with a level headed, mature outlook and the ability to motivate a team through collaboration and effective communication.
- Exceptional customer service skills and confidence in consulting and styling your customers.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and thorough understanding of evaluating and driving KPI's.
