About the team
The Aurion System Support team is a part of the Shared Services Hub in the Department and delivers a high quality service to our client agencies for payruns and Aurion system support.

Functions of the team include:

  • Client Payruns
  • System Reporting
  • Scheduling
  • Manage and maintain system access
  • System maintenance
  • System changes and enhancements
  • Stakeholder engagement and vendor relationship managements

The key duties of the position include
As an Aurion System Administrator at the APS 6 Level, you will:

  • Contribute and participate in the achievement of team outcomes
  • Contribute to improved business processes and service delivery
  • Assist with shared services payroll scheduling
  • Handle Complex system Queries
  • Assist with functional testing of maintenance releases
  • Develop and maintain documents and procedures
  • Continued support of DISR and client Agencys instances of Aurion
  • Contribute to the Shared Service Hub's broader projects
  • Work collaboratively with team members, clients and stakeholders to achieve common goals
  • Establishes clear plans and timeframes for project implementation
  • Provide a high level customer service to our client agencies and stakeholders
  • Contribute to a collaborative culture within the division
  • Makes effective use of individual and team capabilities and negotiates responsibility for work outcome
  • Contribute to business delivery activities including:
    • BAU
    • Audit
    • Reporting
    • Development operations delivery
    • Capability and development
    • trategy development
  • Other tasks on an ad hoc basis
