Dom's Motors have been selling and servicing New and Used vehicles in Griffith and the Riverina for over 40 years.

We're currently looking for an experienced Service Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with some exciting and leading brands in the industry including Mazda, Subaru and RAM Trucks.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of service and pre-delivery operations.

This will involve :

• Managing our team of Technicians, Detailers, and Service Advisors
• Handling customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally
• Ensuring the team delivers outstanding customer service
• Monitoring service department performance, efficiency, and profitability
• Collaboration with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall dealership performance
• Ensuring a safe work environment is regularly maintained
• Ensuring compliance with all manufacturer's brand standards

While previous Automotive Service Management experience will be highly regarded, if you are already working in the automotive industry and are looking to take the next step in your career, we'd love to talk!

We are looking for an industry professional who can demonstrate :

• Extensive understanding of franchised dealer service operations
• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
• The ability to manage budgets and achieve KPIs
• Confident computer skills (Titan DMS experience highly regarded, but not essential as training will be provided)
• Excellent communication and people skills
