Description:



  1. Data Transformation and Cleansing:
    • Utilize advanced techniques to transform and cleanse raw data from Excel spreadsheets.
    • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness through rigorous validation and cleaning processes.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and refine data transformation workflows accordingly.


  2. BI Dashboard Development:
    • Develop interactive and visually appealing BI dashboards using tools such as Power Query and BI.
    • Design intuitive dashboards that enable stakeholders to easily interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
    • Customize dashboards to meet the specific needs of various departments and stakeholders within the organization.


  3. Data Analysis and Interpretation:
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of transformed data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
    • Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
    • Present analysis results and insights to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.


  4. Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in data analysis, transformation, and BI dashboard development.
    • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing processes and workflows for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with team members to implement improvements and drive continuous enhancement of data analytics capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, transformation, and BI dashboard development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas.
  • Strong understanding of Power Query and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience working with large datasets and handling sensitive/confidential information is a plus.
