Dean & Ling Executive is partnering with a highly respected healthcare provider with a strong reputation for the provision of health, aged care and community services. In order to continue to support the employee relations function across Australia, an opportunity has arisen for a specialist Employment Lawyer with industrial relations and bargaining expertise, to impact in this critical supporting role.
Reporting to the Group Employee Relations Manager and as a key member of a close-knit and collegiate team, you will provide quality and timely advice on public and private sector employee relations matters with a focus on industrial relations and bargaining processes. Within this broad role, you will assist with advice relating to a range of industrial agreements spanning across Australia.
You will be an experienced employment lawyer with an industrial relations focus, with deep exposure to bargaining processes. Experience in the health sector will be an advantage but not essential. This is a genuine opportunity to broaden your employment law career within a purpose driven organisation and will suit a quick learner, with strong stakeholder management skills and demonstrable commercial acumen. Hybrid working arrangement and Melbourne based.
