The role
As part of the People and Culture unit, the Senior Human Resources Advisor:
- provides advice, support and mentorship on employee and industrial relations, people and performance management
- coordinates the resolution of employee matters
- undertakes policy review and development
- supports the delivery of various programs, projects and reporting requirements
Our ideal candidate
To be successful in this role you will have:
- relevant qualifications, and/or significant experience in a similar role
- the ability to develop effective relationships with all stakeholders
- experience in conducting or supporting disciplinary processes
- sound knowledge of relevant legislation and reporting requirements
