We are seeking to create an Appointment pool of suitable applicants for the position of Student Services Officer, for vacancies that arise within the next 12 months . Currently there are 2 Permanent vacancies to be filled.

Appointments may be made on a full-time, part-time, permanent or fixed-term basis with possible further term and/or permanency.

The Role
The Student Services Officer works across the three service areas of school admissions, TAFE admissions and Student Services. The Student Services Officer supports students across the full cycle of the student journey, which includes management of leads and enquiries, course advice, assessment and processing of applications, data processing, enrolment and ongoing management of students. The position provides a range of services to clients within the Customer Service area and is also required to maintain and update the TIWA database and PRISMS to ensure enrolment data and student financial records are accurate and current.

To be successful in this role you will ideally come from a Customer Service background; with strong written and data entry skills.
